Eric Wittle is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in software and product development, particularly within the industrial automation and SaaS/IoT sectors. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Sennos since December 2019, Wittle leads initiatives focused on fermentation monitoring for the craft brewing industry, successfully transitioning products from proof of concept to scalable deployment.
