Mike Rodeffer

Mike Rodeffer is an experienced manager and engineer specializing in firmware testing and development for technology and defense industries. Currently, at Sensata Technologies, Mike leads a team defining ASPICE and ISO 26262 compliant software development processes for radar products in the automotive sector. Prior roles include managing production test engineering teams at Mercury Systems and contributing to fingerprint sensor development at Synaptics Incorporated. Mike's career began at Hughes Aircraft Company and has progressed through notable positions at Texas Instruments and Atmel Corporation.
