Dan Walters

Dan Walters is a seasoned professional in the building science and engineering field, currently serving as Project Principal and Regional Manager at Sense Engineering since April 2023, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing building enclosure consulting services for Vancouver Island. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at Morrison Hershfield from May 2009 to April 2023, including Principal and Department Manager, where responsibilities extended to managing the Vancouver Island offices and supporting California operations. Dan's experience also includes serving as Victoria Branch Manager at Chatwin Engineering Ltd. from 2002 to 2009, Project Manager at Construction Control Group from 1993 to 2002, and Building Science Technologist at Warnock Hersey from 1989 to 1993. Dan holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from Ryerson University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
