Robert Ngai

Robert Ngai is a Project Manager (EIT) at Sense Engineering, where they conduct building envelope assessments and manage construction projects valued between $100,000 and $5,000,000. Prior to this role, Robert worked at Flatiron Construction as a Utilities Coordinator and Estimator, contributing significantly to the $250 million North Commuter Parkway and Traffic Bridge P3 project. They also gained experience as a Civil Structural Engineer at Tetra Tech and hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
