Arthur Fleischmann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the advertising and communications sector. Currently serving as Principal at Sense.Maker since January 2025, Fleischmann advises organizations on identifying value propositions and crafting differentiating narratives. As the Group Chief Executive Officer and Founder of john st., one of Canada's leading advertising, design, and digital agencies, Fleischmann has played a pivotal role in shaping the industry since June 2001. Prior experience includes managing WPP's Canadian operations and establishing the first integrated WPP Campus in Canada from January 2021 to January 2025, as well as leadership positions at Ammirati and Bates. Fleischmann holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and English Literature from Brandeis University.
