Rafael Rocha

Rafael Rocha is currently the Head of Solutions at Sensedia. Rafael has over fifteen years of experience in the software development industry. Rafael started their career as a software developer and quickly rose through the ranks to become a lead solutions architect.

At CI&T, they were responsible for system architecture definition, establishing architecture processes, coaching and leading company software architects, hiring new software architects, and technical issues and solutions in pre-sales processes. Rafael was also a technical manager responsible for techinical and architectural issues in projects and contract for their business unit.

Before CI&T, they worked as a senior Java developer at CPqD where they were responsible for software analysis and design, as well as Java development.

Rafael Rocha is an expert in software development with a proven track record in leading teams to success. Rafael is a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Rafael Rocha has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Fatec Americana "Ministro Ralph Biasi" and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba. Rafael is also Oracle SOA Infrastructure Implementation Certified Expert.
