Anke Albert

Anke Albert is an accomplished operations manager currently serving at Sensei since May 2023. Previously, Anke was the managing director, owner, and founder of My Fit Kitchen by Anke from April 2014 to May 2023, specializing in high-end healthy cookies and snacks. Prior experience includes founding New Image Fitness NY, a personal training business operating in NYC and the Hamptons from January 2005 to March 2014, and directing the hotel division for Hampton Retreats LLC, where Anke managed the launch of a luxury rental concept from April 2003 to February 2005. Anke's hospitality experience extends to serving as general manager at Park Plaza Kempinski Hotels in Buenos Aires from August 2001 to February 2003, and as managing director at Kempinski Hotel Falkenstein from June 1999 to July 2001 during the hotel's construction. Anke began a career in hospitality at Helmsley Park Lane Hotel, progressing from director of sales and marketing from January 1997 to May 1999 to sales manager for the local New York market.
