Param Padalkar

Param Padalkar is a skilled manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Currently employed at Senseonics, Incorporated since February 2023, Param previously served as a supply chain intern within the same company. Prior experience includes a supply chain planning internship at KAZI INDUSTRIES, where significant improvements were achieved in procurement strategies and supply chain efficiency. An operations management internship at Nitin Enterprises saw the development of value stream maps and the application of lean six sigma tools to enhance production processes. Academically, Param holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
