Paul Yee (余子渊）

Paul Yee is currently the Legal Director at SenseTime 商汤科技, one of the world's leading artificial intelligence companies. Previously, Paul served as Legal Director at China Fortune Land Development International, focusing on international M&A transactions in emerging markets. They were also a Legal Counsel for Randstad Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, addressing a variety of legal issues in employment law and corporate compliance. In earlier roles, Paul worked as a Senior Associate at Rajah & Tann Asia and as an Associate at WongPartnership LLP, where they specialized in commercial and corporate disputes. Paul earned an LLB in Law from the National University of Singapore and completed the Practical Law Course at the Supreme Court of Singapore.
