Ben Allen is the founder and chairman of myley and has a prolific history of founding, scaling, and exiting multiple businesses and charities in the social care sector. They served as chief executive of Oomph! Wellness from 2011 to 2023, significantly growing the company to provide wellbeing services to over one million participants. As chairman of The Care Workers Charity from 2016 to 2022, they led efforts that increased revenue and expanded support for care workers.
