Hari S. has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 with Wellsfargo Home Mortgage as a Consultant. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Onsite Technical Coordinator at i aware l.l.c. Hari then joined Bellevue University in 2008 as a Consultant for a brief period. From 2009 to 2013, Hari worked at West Corporation as a Senior Technology Consultant.

In 2013, they moved on to Securities America Inc. where they held the role of Senior Technology Consultant and Client Partner until September 2021. During the same year, they also joined E*Pro Technologies as a Senior System Analyst, and they continued in this role until 2012.

Hari's next move was to Sensiple, where they started as a Senior Technology Consultant in 2013 and stayed until 2017.
