Manikandan Murthy

Manikandan Murthy has extensive work experience in the field of UX/UI design. Manikandan is currently working as a Senior UX Lead at Makonis since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Design Specialist at Skill Lync starting from October 2020. Manikandan also held the position of UX/UI Lead at Skill-Lync from February 2020.

Before joining Skill Lync, Manikandan worked at Sensiple starting from August 2012 as a Lead UX/UI Designer. In this role, they led a team of 20 personnel and was responsible for user experience design, interaction/interface design, and visual design. Manikandan also handled tasks such as creating website design, branding design, and Flash animation. Manikandan also reviewed the design and code produced by team members, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and adherence to coding standards.

Prior to their work at Sensiple, Manikandan worked at Dun & Bradstreet from February 2007 to August 2012 as an Associate Level 3 - Senior Graphic Designer. Here, they led a team of 15 personnel and managed the Design department. Manikandan'sresponsibilities included print design and production, identity packages, logos, advertising, and merchandise.

Manikandan started their career as a Visual Designer at Hi Calibre Communication, Chennai in August 2006. Manikandan led a team of 10 personnel and worked on various projects including AD campaigns, TV ads, storyboards, sales presentations, training videos, and corporate websites.

In addition to their experience in UX/UI design, Manikandan also worked as a Production Support Analyst at Williams Lea from August 2018 to January 2019.
