Denis Prokaev has extensive experience in client services and operations across various industries. Currently serving in Client Services at Sensitech since July 2019, Prokaev delivers high-quality support to customers across multiple verticals. Previously, as Operations Director at GlavSpetsDostavka, Prokaev focused on building strong client relationships and optimizing business processes. Experience at Crate&Barrel included the successful creation and management of operations, logistics, and customer service processes in Russia, while roles at Ulmart encompassed delivery process management and general store management.
