Eric Winberg

Technical Support Specialist

Eric Winberg has extensive experience in customer service and support across multiple industries. Beginning a career in the call center environment with Jordan's Furniture, Eric excelled in resolving complex customer issues over a tenure from 1998 to 2009. Eric then transitioned to Comcast, where recognition was achieved through the coveted "Bow Tie Award" for outstanding performance. Following this, Eric worked as a Financial Advisor at New York Life Insurance Company, successfully obtaining the Massachusetts Insurance Producer license. From May 2015 to March 2017, Eric served in various roles at Tufts Health Plan, initially as a Member and Provider Services Representative before advancing to the position of Member Services Team Lead for Medicare Preferred, where responsibilities included aiding members and providers. Currently, since October 2019, Eric has been a Technical Support Specialist at Sensitech, offering high-level customer support and troubleshooting services. Eric's educational background includes a diploma from Hamden High School.
