Inga Milner

Inga Milner is a Senior Product Training Specialist at Sensitech, where since November 2013, Inga has developed a comprehensive product training initiative for internal staff, including professional services and sales teams, while conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions for software engineers and quality assurance personnel. Previously, Inga served as a Business Analyst at Sensitech, focusing on requirements gathering, analysis, and user acceptance testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions met client needs. Inga's earlier experience includes working as a Business Systems Analyst Consultant for clients such as Harvard University and GCT TRAVEL, providing insights on Oracle Content Management System implementation. Additionally, as a Senior Business Analyst at Sallie Mae, Inga contributed to developing requirements for new products and managing the Content Management Implementation project. Inga holds a BA in Computer Science from Brandeis University, and has furthered education with a Certificate in Product Management from Merrimack College.
