Tom Shoemaker

Tom Shoemaker is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in hardware and software design. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Sensitech since September 2016, Tom has also held the position of Senior Hardware Design Engineer. Prior to this, Tom was the Engineering Team Lead at Tracell, focusing on M2M solutions, and worked as a Software Engineer at Digital Dog Inc, specializing in web-based enterprise applications. Tom's engineering career began at Patti Engineering, where development began as a Student Engineer, progressing to Electrical Engineer. Tom holds dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Kettering University, where participation as President of the IGVC robotics club showcased leadership and technical skills in autonomous robotics.
