Gor Lebedev began their career in 2009 as a PhD at CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission) and G2Elab. In 2012, they became the CTO of Dymeo, which was acquired by Total in 2015. In 2015, they took on the role of Technology Transfer Lead (Dymeo technology) at Hutchinson. In 2016, they became the COO and Lead Data Scientist at Sensome. In 2018, they became the CEO of SkillsLab.
Gor Lebedev has a diverse educational background, having studied at four different institutions. Gor began their studies in 2003 at the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS" (Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys), where they earned a Master of Science in Physics in 2009. Gor then attended Luleå University of Technology in 2008, where they earned a Master of Science in Materials Science. In 2007, Gor began a Master of Science in Materials Science at Ecole Européenne d'Ingénieurs en Génie des Matériaux, which they completed in 2009. Finally, in 2018, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned a Stanford Ignite Impact – London certificate.
