Natalia Holts

Natalia Holts, CPA has a strong background in accounting, with a range of experience in various roles and responsibilities. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen - Argentina, where they led financial audits and assisted clients in improving internal controls. From 2002 to 2009, they served as a Global Accounting Manager at The Active Network, overseeing monthly and annual closing procedures, cash reporting, and treasury functions. At NuVasive, from 2010 to 2017, they held the position of Senior Manager, International Accounting and Finance, where they were responsible for financial reporting, planning and analysis, and implementing accounting policies and internal controls. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Lytx, Inc. as the Director of Accounting, leading and overseeing accounting functions for both US headquarters and international operations. Most recently, since 2019, they have been the Corporate Controller at Cordial, where they have managed all accounting functions and developed efficient processes and procedures to ensure compliance. Natalia is currently serving as the VP of Accounting and Corporate Controller at Sensor Tower, where they provide oversight over global accounting operations, internal controls, and ensures accurate revenue recognition.

Natalia Holts, CPA has a Master of Science in Accountancy from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. Natalia also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata. Natalia is a certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California State Board of Equalization.
