Szymon Nowak

Szymon Nowak is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Sensor Tower since June 2022, Szymon previously held the same title at Freeletics from September 2013 to May 2022, where Szymon led the web team in developing and maintaining websites while implementing a unified content architecture. Szymon began at Freeletics as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to backend services and web operations. Prior to Freeletics, Szymon co-founded Cowbell Labs, worked as a Senior Software Engineer at tiramizoo GmbH, and gained diverse experience at Object Reload, Union Square Internet Development, IBM, and R20 Interactive. Szymon earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology.
