Géraldine Honnet

Dr. Géraldine Honnet is the current Chief Medical Officer at Sensorion. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Development at Genethon from May 2011 to January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the development of Genethon's pipeline from pre-clinical to registration. Géraldine was also a member of the Direction committee and reported directly to the CEO. Additionally, they managed a team of 25 people in the Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Program Management, and Regulatory Affairs groups.

Before their time at Genethon, Dr. Honnet served as a Senior Clinical Project Manager at Transgene from October 2007 to April 2011. In this role, they coordinated the operational management of projects and studies for specified products across the Infectiology Area, which included Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, and Human Papilloma virus infection. Additionally, they provided expertise into the development of clinical strategy in Infectiology area and served as a study expert to investigators.

Prior to their time at Transgene, Dr. Honnet served as the European Project Manager for Virology at Janssen-Cilag EMEA from October 2005 to October 2007. In this role, they were responsible for managing the operational aspects of clinical studies in Europe.

Before their time in Europe, Dr. Honnet served as Medical Director at Parexel International from June 2001 to September 2005. In this role, they were responsible for providing medical oversight for clinical trials and ensuring that they were conducted in accordance with ethical and scientific standards.

Géraldine Honnet has a MD from Université Necker-Enfants Malades, a DEA from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in Social Politics and Society, and an MSc from Université Lariboisière in Biological and Medical Science.
