Jessica West is a results-driven HR Executive with extensive experience in employee engagement and retention. Over the years, they have held various positions in high-end restaurants, worked as an internal auditor, and progressed through the ranks at Descartes Labs, where they now serve as the Head of People. In addition to overseeing compensation and benefits, they have implemented innovative HR strategies and improved operational efficiencies. Jessica is currently building the People function at SensorUp Inc. and is furthering their education in Computer and Information Sciences at Santa Fe Community College.
