Francesca Bufano

Francesca Bufano is a People and Culture Manager currently leading initiatives that foster a positive work environment and promote inclusive leadership at Frontiere. They have extensive experience as an Advisor at both Sensoworks and Hueval, while serving as a Consultante innovation at Alan Advantage. Francesca co-founded and served as CEO of Oreegano, overseeing project management and resource strategies. Their previous roles include Local Project Coordinator at Instituto Dominicano de Desarrollo Integral and Technical Assistant at UNDP, along with an internship at the Center for International Criminal Justice. Francesca holds a Doctorate in Applied Languages for International Relations and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions, including MIT and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
