Ethan Maxon

Ethan Maxon has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on sales and business development. Ethan currently holds the position of Senior Director of Business Development at Senstar, a role they started in September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Salient Systems as the Vice President of Western United States & International Sales from February 2023 to July 2023. Ethan also held various roles at Salient Systems, including Vice President of International Sales and Director of International Sales, from 2018 to 2023. Before joining Salient Systems, they worked at Dahua Technology Co. LTD as the Director of Western United States from January 2017 to November 2017. Ethan's previous experience includes roles at Arecont Vision as a Regional Director for both the Western United States and International markets, TKH Group N.V. (formerly Optelecom-NKF) as the Director of Global Marketing, Teleste as a Regional Director, Cisco Systems as a Product Marketing Manager, ADVA Optical Networking as an OEM Sales Manager, and Optelecom as a Regional Sales Manager.

Ethan Maxon attended the University of San Diego from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communications. In 2004 and 2005, they studied at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, but did not complete their degree in Business Administration and Management. From 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration at Capitol Technology University, but also did not complete it. Prior to university, Ethan attended La Jolla Country Day School in 1987 and Punahou School in 1985.
