Diederick Meyer holds a PhD in Microbiology and an MSc in Chemistry, Microbiology, and Biochemistry from the University of Amsterdam. Diederick managed the Research Department at the Cosun Food Technology Centre from 1985 to 1997 and currently oversees scientific and legal affairs at Sensus, where they focus on demonstrating the health benefits of Frutafit inulin and Frutalose oligofructose. Diederick has extensive experience in setting up clinical trials to support health claims for these ingredients.
