Sensus Wellbeing was created out of a passion for mental health and the desire for people to feel empowered and valued.

At Sensus we believe that everybody has the capacity to understand and manage mental health difficulties if they are given the right information and support.

Our mission is to increase awareness of common mental health problems and bring our knowledge and expertise around mental health to the workplace.

We believe that giving staff understanding and knowledge of mental health will not only lead to a happier and more motivated workforce but will also lead to significant savings for both individual businesses and the wider economy.

Evidence suggests that educating staff around mental health as little as once a year, can in fact prevent long standing difficulties from occurring. The benefits of this include lower rates of sickness absence, lower rates of presenteeism and lower staff turnover.

At Sensus we hold business in mind, ensuring what we offer is cost effective for you and your business.

At the heart of any business is its employees.

Let us bring wellbeing to your workplace.
