Mats Åkerström

Mats Åkerström is currently the Enhetschef for the Projekt och uppdrag unit at Sensus studieförbund, where they lead a team of ten colleagues. With extensive experience as a verksamhetschef, verksamhetsutvecklare, and projektledare, Mats has developed and managed various initiatives in education and project coordination, including establishing vocational programs at Folkuniversitetet and launching international school operations in Düsseldorf and Barcelona. In previous roles, Mats has held positions such as projektkoordinator at TASCHEN and lektor in Swedish language and literature at The University of Bonn. Mats holds a Filosofie kandidat degree from Stockholm University and a teaching degree in Swedish and German.
