Vice President of Operations and Delivery at Sentaca

Chris Persaud has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chris started their career as a Field Engineer at Stratasoft, where they performed turn-key installations and conducted training seminars for customers. Chris then joined SEIU as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer, managing telco and software infrastructure. After that, they returned to Stratasoft as the Director of International Operations, responsible for technical and desktop support and overseeing field engineering deployments worldwide.

In 2005, Chris joined Convergia USA as the Director of Business Analytics, leading teams in business process development and carrier wholesale reconciliation. Chris implemented the Telarix OSS/BSS telecom billing platform for real-time CDR analytics and fraud management.

Next, Chris became the Vice President of Operations at Proximo Systems, where they managed a team and designed application layer software for a proprietary telecom backbone. Chris then served as the Vice President of Operations at Kunnect, leading the development, deployment, and marketing of telecom products in the cloud and overseeing the migration of server farms to Amazon AWS.

Chris's most recent role was at Sentaca, where they held various positions. Chris initially worked as a Telecommunications Architect, focusing on Apple iOS Entitlement Gateway deployment and end-to-end load and performance scenarios. Chris later became a Telecommunications Project Engineer, leading cross-functional teams for the Bell IoT product, including partnerships with major car manufacturers and the migration of billing platforms. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Operations and Delivery, overseeing operations and delivery functions within the company.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in telecommunications, operations management, project management, and technical leadership.

Chris Persaud obtained an Associate's Degree in Pure & Applied Sciences from Dawson College, which they attended from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Cert Prep: Scrum Master, Scrum: The Basics, What Is Scrum? from LinkedIn in May 2021, and Containers and Orchestration baseline certification from Linux Academy in June 2019.
