Deborah Williams has extensive experience in the field of cyber security and program management, currently serving as an Occasional Cyber Strategy Subject Matter Expert and Director of Research Development at Sentar Inc. since April 2006. In this role, Deborah manages various Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) funded programs, focusing on software assurance and adaptive network protocols. Prior experience includes positions such as Cyber Security Program Manager, where support was provided to Department of Defense and Government customers in developing cyber-security strategies, and Director of Land and Federal Systems at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. Additional roles include Program Manager for DITSCAP at Microstate Network and experience as Vice President. Deborah holds a Master of Public Administration in Policy Analysis and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
