Grace Strand

Grace Strand has held a variety of roles in the field of research and development. In 2019, they began working at Senté as a Research and Development Project Manager and Quality and Formulation Specialist. In their role, they managed and performed R&D activities on new product development from concept through launch, and oversaw quality assurance/control activities.

Prior to this, they worked at SkinMedica Inc., An Allergan Company from 2012-2019. During this time, they held the roles of Product Development Analyst/Formulation Chemist, Formulation Chemist, Research & Development, and Research And Development Technician. In these roles, they were responsible for new product development from concept to scale-up, and developed anti-aging skincare products including cream gels, cleansers, serums, emulsions, and OTC for new product and research development. Grace also researched and tested new and unique ingredients in collaboration with Skin Biology scientists.

Grace Strand completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Visual Arts and Technology from California State University San Marcos in 2009. Grace also holds a certification as a Yoga Instructor 200 RYT from Yoga Alliance.
