Hal Tait has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, primarily within military and defense environments. Currently serving as a Senior Logistics Planner at SENTEL Corporation since April 2013, Hal collaborates with project management to optimize the retrograde movement of materials in Afghanistan. Previous roles include Logistics Consultant at Buffalo Logistics and Services, Logistics Maintenance Planner for Honeywell HTSi under the 401st Army Field Support Brigade, and Logistics Management Operations with the US Department of Defense, where significant cost avoidance strategies were developed. Hal also has experience as a Logistics Analyst and a Maintenance Supervisor, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills across various logistics functions. Additionally, Hal served as an Adjunct History Professor and spent two decades as a Logistics Operations Management officer in the US Army, supporting large-scale operations such as Operation Desert Storm. Hal holds a Master’s degree in History from Norwich University.
