Ger Connery

Ger Connery has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1988 at Moore Paragon UK LTD as an Account Manager. Ger then became the Regional Sales Manager, responsible for managing a sales and support team across three offices. In 1998, Ger joined Sentel as a Sales Director, where they successfully built the business in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Great Britain. Ger achieved break-even within three years and secured major corporate and public sector accounts. Ger later became the CEO of Sentel, driving revenue growth, generating new product ideas, and ensuring the company's profitability.

Ger Connery has a diverse education history. Ger first attended St Munchins College from 1975 to 1982, where they obtained a Leaving Cert. In 1982 they moved on to NIHE/University of Limerick to pursue Applied Maths Engineering/Software Engineering. Ger studied there until 1983 and then transferred to Waterford Institute of Technology where they earned a Certificate in Business Studies from 1983 to 1985. Ger then enrolled in College of Marketing & Design/DIT from 1985 to 1986, where they obtained a Diploma in Marketing. In 1989, they attended South Bank University - London and graduated in 1991 with a BA Hons in Business Studies. Finally, Ger completed their higher education journey at University of Ulster from 1994 to 1997, where they earned an MBA with a field of study in Business Management.
