Matthew Olson has worked in the Information Technology field since 2013. Matthew began their career as an Information Technology Intern at Crest View Senior Communities, where they set up new company laptop and desktop units, performed updates, installed Symantec Antivirus, and added them to the Microsoft 2003 Server domain. Matthew also maintained 35 employee workstations and provided troubleshooting assistance for network, user account, and software issues.

In 2013, they began working as a Helpdesk Support Analyst Level II at Thomson Reuters (Modis), where they provided support to a pool of approximately 6000 onsite and remote end users. Matthew also performed troubleshooting for Dell laptops & desktops running Windows 8/7/XP, resolving escalated tickets from a global service desk team.

In 2015, they began working at Paragon Solutions Group as a TAC Lead, where they were primarily responsible for delivering managed services to multiple mid-size business accounts internationally by providing helpdesk, server, and network support. Matthew also provided after-hours services for multiple domestic accounts.

In 2016, they began working at Syand Corporation as a Help Desk Analyst II/ (TAM) Technical Account Manager, where they offered Managed Services programs to provide the most effective and timely support to businesses and organizations of any size.

In 2018, they began working at Sentera, where they have held multiple roles, including Information Technology Manager, Information Technology Administrator, and Information Technology Generalist. In this role, they have delivered fast, accurate information that improves outcomes for growers, integrating with virtually every digital agriculture platform. Matthew has also provided cost-effective, high-performance tools to continuously improve operations, on and off the field.

Matthew Olson has a background in Computer Science, Networking, and Security. Matthew obtained an Associate's Degree from High Tech Institute between 2006 and 2007. Matthew then attended Takoda Institute / AIOIC from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Computer Support Specialist degree. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional - Exam 698: Installing and Configuring Windows 10 from Microsoft in March 2017, CompTIA A+ ce in August 2013, CompTIA Network+ ce in October 2013, and CompTIA Security+ ce in October 2016.
