Karl L.

Karl L. has worked in the fraud prevention industry since 2010. Karl started as a Customer Support Representative Tier 2 at cleverbridge and then moved to Affirm, Inc. in 2014 as a Fraud Fighter. In this role, they regularly reviewed suspicious account activities, spotted trends and identified links to deter fraud and credit risk. Karl also researched and resolved risk events stemming from process breakdowns and developed and monitored action plans to address risk escalations. In 2018, Karl L. moved to SentiLink as a Fraud Analyst.

Karl L. attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2010, they obtained a Lifeguard and First Aid certification from the American Red Cross. In 2011, they became an Illinois Notary Public through the Illinois Secretary of State. Karl also holds a Basic Scuba Diver certification from NAUI.
