Michael Reu

Michael Reu has a wealth of experience in customer success and project management. Michael began their career in 2007 as a University of Illinois Football Student Manager and Graduate Assistant. In 2013, they joined ServiceSource as an Account Manager - Renewals, where they were responsible for selling, renewing, and expanding service relationships with existing customers. In 2016, they moved to Trace3 as an Associate Project Manager and Project Coordinator. In 2019, they joined Ping Identity as a Customer Success Manager and Associate Customer Success Manager - Customer OnBoarding Specialist, where they monitored and tracked account health scores and drove adoption. In 2021, they joined Skedulo as a Customer Success Manager and, in 2022, they moved to SentiLink as a Partner Success Manager.

Michael Reu obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Urban and Regional Planning between 2006 and 2010. Michael then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from the same university in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism Management between 2011 and 2013. Michael has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including Achieving Your Goals, Building Resilience, Communication Foundations (2013), Connecting with Peers in the Workplace (2014), Creating a Career Plan, Creativity Bootcamp, Critical Thinking, Effective Listening, Getting Things Done, Teamwork Foundations, and Writing in Plain English. Michael also obtained a Success Habits certification from LinkedIn in August 2019, and a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2016.
