Tom Sheppard

Tom Sheppard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, training, and sales support. As the Director of Sales Enablement at Sentinel Group since July 2008, Tom has overseen talent management and coaching for enterprise technology teams. Prior roles include Learning and Development Manager and Account Director/Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, where Tom engaged with clients primarily across the EMEA and occasionally in the US. Earlier experience includes serving as Duty Manager at The Spa Hotel from March 2005 to June 2008. Tom is an alumnus of Bennett Memorial Diocesan School.
