Erick Bergquist

Erick Bergquist has over 20 years of experience in the field of network support and engineering. Erick started their career in 1995 as a Communications Tech at Kenosha County. In 1997, they joined Anixter as a Network Support Engineer, where they provided multi-vendor network support for various companies. Erick then moved to AT&T in 1999, taking on the role of Sr. Support Engineer (Tier 3), where they provided support for customers' enterprise networks and assisted in the development and operation of monitoring/mangement products. In 2007, they joined Sentinel Technologies as a Senior Engineer (Team Lead). Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in router/switch/voice and security systems, as well as in various management products.

Erick Bergquist attended Gateway Technical College from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in Programming. Erick then pursued further education at the same institution from 1993 to 1995, focusing on Networking/Computers and earning a degree in Computer/Network Specialist. Erick also attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 1994 to 1996, studying Computer Science and Art Courses. On top of their educational background, Erick has obtained several certifications, including Nortel Networks Certified Support Expert (NNCSE) in 1999, Cisco Certified Network Associate-Voice (CCNA-Voice) in 1998, and various Cisco certifications such as CCNP-Security, CCNA, and CCNP.
