Dávid Á.

Dávid Á. is a Senior Security Researcher at SentinelOne since March 2023, bringing extensive experience from Bitdefender where from July 2018 to June 2023, Dávid contributed to the Advanced Threat Control team by developing behavior-based malware detection models. An academic research stint at the University of Maryland in July 2021 involved studying the impact of malware variability on detection performance, utilizing a proprietary database of malware execution traces. Additionally, from October 2019 to August 2021, Dávid served as a Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, educating undergraduate students in Operating Systems. Dávid Á. holds a Master's degree in Security of Information and Computing Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.
