Shannah Smith

Shannah Smith serves as a Senior M&A Integration Project Manager at SentinelOne, a leader in autonomous cybersecurity, since January 2024. Previously, Shannah held the position of M&A Integration Manager at Coupa Software from May 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included driving end-to-end integration across business functions. Prior roles included Project Manager for M&A Finance Integration at PayPal, where project sponsorship and stakeholder alignment were critical, and a Senior Accountant focusing on integration into Finance Operations. Shannah’s experience also encompasses financial management and administrative roles across various companies such as Univar, Penske Truck Leasing, and GSC Logistics, emphasizing expertise in operational efficiency, project management, and team leadership. Shannah holds a BA from Washington & Jefferson College and is completing a Project Management Certificate from the University of California, Irvine.
