Gökçe Şaşoğlu

Gökçe Şaşoğlu has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Business Analyst at Mesa Mesken, where they assessed the budget and cash flow of a residential project and coordinated with suppliers. In 2010, they joined VakıfBank as a Fraud Specialist, focusing on preventing fraudulent attempts and creating secure banking processes. They later transitioned into a Business Analyst role within the Contract and Resource Management department, analyzing business requirements and managing contracts. In 2018, Şaşoğlu joined FRISS | fraud, risk & compliance as a Product / Value Cycle Consultant, where they monitored customer needs and implemented fraud software solutions. Currently, at Sentinels, they work as a Customer Success Manager, providing high-level customer service, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Gökçe Şaşoğlu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Hacettepe University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
