Sam Crow has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Sales Negotiator at Ocean, where they excelled in selling properties and providing excellent customer service. In 2015, they joined Modis as a Technical Engineering Recruitment Specialist, focusing on recruiting permanent technical engineering professionals in defense, aerospace, automotive, and electronics sectors. Following this, Sam worked at Spencer Ogden as a Recruitment Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant, specializing in electronics recruitment for various industries. In 2018, they joined Montash as a Senior Consultant, placing IT professionals across 30 countries.
