Maya Schuster

Maya Schuster is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Sentra since July 2025, Maya previously held multiple roles at RiseUp IL from January 2018 to March 2025, including Senior Full Stack Engineer, Dev Lead, R&D Manager, and Full Stack Engineer. Prior to that, positions included Web Application Developer at Wix.com and Research Assistant at both the Leibniz Institute for Natural Product Research and Infection Biology and Tel Aviv University, where involvement centered on bioinformatics research. Maya’s career began as an Analyst at Pontis, specializing in mobile service utilization and SQL automation, followed by a role as IT Service Desk Manager in the IDF. Maya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Bioinformatics from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2014.
