Lance Muzzillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and resource planning across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Workforce Management at Sentry since June 2015, Lance leads a team of workforce analysts to ensure service level agreements and optimize resource allocation across multiple sites. Prior roles include Staff Scheduling Analyst at Sentry, Workforce Specialist and Resource Planner at UW Credit Union, and Customer Service Representative III at Wells Fargo, where Lance demonstrated expertise in scheduling, resource management, and customer service excellence.
