Eli Hamel

Eli Hamel serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Sentry, a position held since June 2025. In addition, Eli has been providing Talent Advisement, Consulting, and Mentorship on a freelance basis since September 2020, focusing on coaching and supporting startups in Talent strategy and acquisition processes. Previously, Eli held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Medely from November 2022 to June 2025 and was the Head of Recruiting at Studio from November 2021 to July 2022. Eli also served as the Head of Recruiting at Discord from February 2020 to October 2021, contributing to significant company growth from 215 to over 700 employees within two years. Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Eastern Illinois University, earned between January 2002 and January 2006.
