Andrea Webb has served as Chief Customer Officer since January 2021 and is responsible for expanding the SolarWinds customer success culture and simplifying user experiences. Webb partners closely with global sales leaders on the end-to-end customer lifecycle and with the larger organization to share expertise in support of the SolarWinds vision to put customer success at the forefront of its corporate strategy. Ms. Webb previously served as Senior Vice President, Customer Retention and Renewal Sales from January 2019 to January 2021, Global Vice President Customer Retention and Renewal Sales from January 2017 to January 2019, Vice President Customer Retention and Renewal Sales January 2012 to January 2017, Director Customer and Business Operations January 2009 to January 2012, Sr. Manager Customer and Business Operations from January 2006 to January 2009 and Operations and Business Manager from 2002 to January 2006. During her tenure she built a world-class team contributing heavily to the renewals, customer service, sales engineering, and customer success areas of the business. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Webb was a Senior Business Analyst for First Union, Default Services, where she managed the Default Services Portfolio, Reporting and Analyst teams.
