Derrick Simeon

Derrick Simeon has worked in the engineering and sales industries since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Student Mentor and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University. In 2010, they joined Tektronix as an Inside Account Manager, where they collaborated with field account managers and applications engineers to grow sales of the test and measurement portfolio, prospected for new sales opportunities, developed proposals, and organized lunch-and-learn events. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Franklin Control Systems as an Electronics Engineer I, Electronics Engineer II, and Application Engineer, where they developed firmware for system-level control, performed preliminary bench testing, laid out wiring diagrams, and assembled bills of materials. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Senva, Inc.

Derrick Simeon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University between 2005 and 2010.
