Scott Leonard has worked in the engineering field since 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Vice President of Engineering at Cerus Industrial (now Franklin Electric). During this time, they were the Head of New Product Development and the lead design engineer and technical lead of the company. Scott also managed and mentored a diverse team of product development engineers (hardware/software/mechanical) as well as a product management team. In 2012, they became the Director of Electronics at Franklin Electric and held the same responsibilities. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Engineering at Senva, Inc.
Scott Leonard received a Certificate in Business of Craft Brewing from Portland State University in 2018. Scott also earned a Masters in Business Administration from Portland State University - School of Business in 2010. Theirundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering also from Portland State University, which they obtained in 2007.
