Jochem Rasenberg

Jochem Rasenberg is a participatiecoach specializing in work and unique target groups, with extensive experience in forensic care and social domains. They worked at Senzer from 2017 to 2022, where they guided and coached job seekers while also serving as a member and vice-chair of the works council. Previously, Jochem served in various security roles, including as a deputy group commander in the Royal Netherlands Air Force, ensuring safety and training personnel. They are currently pursuing multiple educational degrees, including a bachelor's in social work and a vocational coordinator in security.
