The Program Management team at SEO London oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all educational and career development initiatives. This includes designing programmes for Schools, Careers, and Alumni, managing resources, evaluating impact, and ensuring alignment with the charity's mission to promote workplace diversity and inclusion. The team works collaboratively to adapt strategies, leverage digital platforms, and continuously improve engagement with underrepresented and underserved young people.
