John Venable is a highly experienced solutions engineer and leader with a diverse background in sales engineering and management. Currently serving as a Staff Solutions Engineer at SEON since September 2024, John previously held the position of Senior Sales Engineering Manager at Beyond Identity from January 2022 to September 2024. John has extensive experience as a Senior Sales Engineer across various companies, including Proofpoint, Code42, and COFENSE, where responsibilities included implementing Proof of Concept and supporting sales operations. John's technical expertise also includes a role at NEC Corporation, focusing on biometrics and unified communications. Additionally, John co-founded and served as President of the non-profit Band of Brothers Outdoors, dedicated to supporting active duty service members and veterans. Earlier career experiences include serving as Major Account Executive at Windstream Communications and a Quality Assurance Manager in the USMC. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from Argosy University and has completed further computer learning education.
