Seoul Tonic is a modern recovery brand blending Korean medicinal wisdom with contemporary science.
Founded by Sophie Hood and co-created with Mr Park, a third-generation Korean herbalist and farmer, Seoul Tonic partners directly with multi-generational growers to source and process ingredients with integrity, transparency, and purpose.
We’re proud to be stocked nationally across Australia in Woolworths Metro, Dan Murphy’s, and thousands of independent retailers, and are now expanding into the UK and US with our electrolyte-enhanced recovery range.
By prioritising high-quality inputs, thoughtful processing, and formulas that actually work, we’re shaking up the recovery channel, moving it away from sugar-heavy shortcuts and toward functional ingredients and transparency.

This is Korean Hydration and Recovery Redefined.
